Saratoga Joinery

All Saratoga Joinery members are invited to come to the shop for an expert-led presentation followed by open discussion and problem solving. Members are encouraged to bring questions and/or projects that they'd like to share or get assistance on.

• Topic: Bent Wood Lamination - Saratoga Joinery Founder and Board President John Haller will lead this discussion on bent wood lamination. Discover how to create strong, elegant curved forms by layering and bending thin strips of wood. We'll explore how to prepare wood strips, work with adhesives, and use forms and clamps to shape beautiful laminated curves. We'll cover wood selection for bending, glue-up techniques, and how to design and build simple bending forms.
