Saratoga Joinery

All Saratoga Joinery members are invited to come to the shop for an expert-led presentation followed by open discussion and problem solving. Members are encouraged to bring questions and/or projects that they'd like to share or get assistance on.

• Topic: Power Tool Intensive -- The Powermatic Mortiser. The Power Tool Intensive series is meant to give members a deeper understanding of the tools within our shop. The second intensive in our series will cover the bandsaw. Safety Coordinator and Class Instructor Preston Sweeney will cover setup, blade selection, cutting techniques, and how to get the most from this essential shop tool. Whether you're resawing lumber or cutting curves, you'll leave with greater confidence and skill at the bandsaw.
