RATE REVIEW AND PRICING STRATEGIES (CM / RM) – YS/AIRM
Once you have a solid grasp of the fundamentals of revenue management, you’re ready to advance to the next level. This training is designed for Community Managers and Regional Managers who are either new to the team or looking to refresh their YieldStar/AIRM skills. You'll learn how to effectively leverage these tools to make strategic pricing decisions.
Additionally, this session is a great opportunity to cross-train Assistant Managers or other team members, helping them gain a deeper understanding of YieldStar/AIRM and the essential aspects of the daily rate review process, renewals pricing, and reporting.

- 10 Steps to Accepting Rates
- Basic Renewal Strategy and Overview
- Overview of Reports in YS/AIRM and REGI
Who should attend:
- Assistant Managers or Community Managers who are just starting the Rate Review process
- Community Managers, Regional Managers, and Asset Managers who need a refresher on how to analyze recommendations for making strategic pricing decisions
BILLING:
- Training will be billed per your Revenue Edge contract.
