Join us for a relaxed, demonstration-only experience designed to showcase the very best of Canterbury. Guests are welcomed into the kitchen to watch Chef Rob prepare key elements of a beautiful seasonal meal, with many ingredients sourced directly from the market just below us. You will learn how to perfect a silky red wine jus to accompany slow roasted Merino lamb shoulder, how to create manuka smoked hangi potatoes at home with no digging required, and how to blend a fragrant dukkah that can be used to elevate any seasonal vegetables. Throughout the session our chefs share insights, stories, and practical tips that guests can easily bring into their own cooking. While the demonstration is underway a canapé is served, followed by a seated three course meal. Each course is paired with a Canterbury wine chosen to complement the flavours of the menu, creating an experience that celebrates local produce, regional wines, and the joy of sharing good food.

Cancellations: We begin preparing for our classes several days in advance. If you are unable to make it, please give us plenty of notice. If the cancellation is received more than 72hrs before the class you will be offered a gift voucher to use at a later date. If the cancellation is received less than 72hrs before the class, we will be unable to offer a refund or a gift voucher.
Minimum Numbers: In the unlikely event that we do not have at least four people wanting to attend a class we may choose to reschedule the class to another date. You will be offered a full refund or a gift voucher if the new date does not suit.
