This hands-on, two hour class includes everything you need to take home a beautiful slate charcuterie board: 3 chesses, 2 meats, fresh & dried flowers & herbs, expert instruction with Chef Julia Redden of In Good Taste by Julia, light bites, and a complimentary glass of wine, espresso, or tea.

• The cheese making process
• How to calculate portions and make complimentary texture and flavor selections
• Board design tips
