Come join us in Penticton, BC May 22 and 23, 2026 at the beautiful Penticton Lakeside Resort & Conference Centre for a informative and educational conference.

It is a great facility that is central for the majority of our members and it will be our LAST Spring session as the majority of our membership have indicated that they prefer to move to one conference per year - in the fall.

Get to know other Park owners and managers during our Meet & Greet on Friday evening (7-9pm).

We will start at 8:30 am with Diane introducing the Mayor of Penticton, His worship Julius Bloomfield.

Our Agenda is still revolving, but so far we have:

• Willy Kovacic, President with an update on what the Board has been focussing on.
• Robyn Ashwell, Community Energy Program Manager, Ecotrust Canada with a presentation on her research and work with Park electrical capacity assessments and energy-saving retrofits for manufactured homes.
• Diane Koch, Executive Director is taking you Back to Basics, with the importance of tenancy applications and agreements, park rules and proportional rent increases, plus more!

Then we will be doing the popular interactive World Cafe (breakout into smaller groups) as well as real life situations in our favorite Cracker Barrel session.
