The Refresher will review the Identification of Issues, Communication Barriers vs. Facilitation Skills, Deviation Producers vs. Confrontation Skills, and Altercation Instigators vs. Resolution Skills. The Facilitation Refresher will also include assessing personal listening skills, how listening skills affect the other key skills, listening strategies within business, how to handle difficult behaviors while trying to listen, proxemics for effective listening, and how to bring effective listening into the workplace and at home. The Refresher will have practice exercises, group work, role plays, discussions, illustrations, and frameworks for information retention and fun engagement.
