Welcome to Iranian Dance! This beginner-level class is perfect for students who are new to traditional and folkloric Iranian dance. In a fun, supportive environment, students will be introduced to basic movements, rhythms, and cultural elements that form the foundation of Iranian dance styles.

Highlights:

1. Foundational Technique: Students will learn basic steps, arm and hand movements, posture, and rhythm essential to classical and regional Iranian dances.
   
   
2. Rhythm & Movement: Simple choreographed sequences will help students develop coordination and timing, with an emphasis on expressing music through movement.
   
   
3. Cultural Introduction: The class introduces students to the beauty and variety of Iranian dance traditions, including styles from different regions such as Azari, Bandari, Gilaki, and more.

5. No prior experience is needed, and there is no performance requirement. Comfortable dance attire and flexible shoes are recommended.
