As you prepare for your spring courses, this is a great time to consider having them certified green.

The new Green Classroom Program allows faculty to identify sustainability behaviors they engage in to earn points toward a Green Faculty Certificate for their courses. The application process will only take a few minutes, and if certified, your 2026 syllabi and Blackboard course pages will be awarded a Green Classroom Certificate logo.

To learn more and start your Green Classroom Certificate application, please attend the program information session on February 6, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., in the Faculty Hub. The application process will open in February 2026.
