Give your child the gift of calm, confidence, and joyful connection through our imaginative and nurturing Yoga & Mindfulness program—designed especially for the early childhood years. Each 30-minute session blends movement, breathwork, and playful mindfulness to help children build emotional resilience, focus, and self-awareness—all in a joyful, developmentally appropriate environment.

🌟 What’s Included:

🐱 Animal-inspired yoga with props and storytelling
🌈 Parachute games that promote teamwork and joy
🌳 Sensory tools that support attention and regulation
🎶 Music, movement, and calming breath techniques

These sessions provide your child with lifelong tools for navigating big feelings, calming their body, and building confidence both in and out of the classroom.

💰 Tuition

$330 per student for the full semester (includes all sessions and materials)

🎒 What to Bring

Just a water bottle and a happy spirit—yoga mats and all other materials are provided!
