🧘 Yoga & Mindfulness for Children — Spring 2026 Registration

🗓 Class Times

• Elementary Campus: 1:30–2:00 PM
• New Cambridge Campus: 2:15–2:45 PM
• Preschool Campus: 3:00–3:30 PM

Join us for a joyful and nurturing Yoga & Mindfulness series designed especially for young learners. Through playful movement, calming breathwork, and imaginative practices, children build emotional regulation, confidence, and inner calm—all while having fun.

Each 30-minute session includes:
🐱 Animal-inspired yoga adventures using figures and stories
🌈 Parachute games that encourage teamwork and joy
🌳 Focus tools and sensory play to support emotional growth
🎶 Music, movement, and age-appropriate breathing exercises

These enriching experiences help children develop important social-emotional and self-regulation skills they can carry with them beyond the classroom.

💰 Tuition:

$330 per student for the full semester (includes all sessions and materials)

🎒 What to Bring:

Just a water bottle and a happy spirit—mats and all other materials are provided.

🎁 Special Bonus:

Each registered student will receive a free affirmation journal and colored pencils as a thank-you gift to encourage calm and confidence at home.
