Gentle Teaching Canada Symposium 2026

This two-day event will focus on Leading in a Culture of Gentleness, featuring Guest Facilitator: Paul Horn (Mission, BC). Paul brings over 40 years of leadership experience in community living, public service and relational teaching.

“Leading with Grace: 13 x 8 – How Gentle Teaching Principles Are Leadership Principles”

This dynamic and engaging session blends relational practice, leadership theory and Gentle Teaching principles with humour, storytelling and deep reflection. Attendees will explore 13 core leadership themes aligned with the 4 Pillars and 4 Tools of Gentle Teaching.
