Numana Yarns

In this workshop, we will be working on the 1x1 brioche fabric, in one and two colours. We’ll knit practice sampler that will take you through the technique step-by-step. There will be tips on choosing the needle size needed to knit your ideal brioche fabric.

The session is great for new, returning and experienced brioche knitters. There will be lots of brioche fun facts, and samples to look through in the class.

Skill Level: firm understanding of the knit stitch, purl stitch, 1x1 rib and how to yarn-over. Familiar with longtail cast-on.

Materials Included: practice yarn and loaner DPNs provided in class. 

Homework: bring a notebook and pen, if you want to take additional notes.
