Watercolour Still Life by Valerie Kent

Course Overview: Discover the joy of painting in this relaxed and encouraging Intro to Watercolour and Still Life workshop. Over two creative days, you’ll learn the fundamentals of watercolour using simple, inspiring still-life subjects. With step-by-step guidance, you’ll explore colour mixing, washes, layering, and composition—perfect for anyone picking up a brush for the first time or returning to art after a break. You’ll create your own finished still-life paintings while gaining a solid understanding of how watercolour behaves. In a supportive group setting, you’ll receive plenty of personal attention and have the space to work at your own. No experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to experiment.

Skill Level: Suitable for all levels.
