This program is designed to equip participants with essential teaching skills and methods necessary for delivering training. The course will cover a range of topics, including learning theory, practical teaching techniques, course design, and evaluation. Participants will engage in interactive discussions, hands-on exercises, and mini-lectures to enhance their understanding and application of the concepts shared.

Participants will:

  • Explore foundational learning theories that guide effective teaching practices.
  • Develop key teaching skills through practical exercises.
  • Understand the importance of feedback in the learning process and methods to evaluate teaching effectiveness.
  • Learn strategies for designing a Professional Facilitator Course (PFC) and effective delivery methods.
  • Discuss the framework of Adult Education and Competency (AEC) in teaching.
  • Identify topics they wish to learn in relation to AEC.
  • Discover various digital tools and platforms that complement AEC teaching methods.
  • Engage in participant-led mini-lectures based on their interests and learning.

Upon completion of this course, participants will have enhanced teaching skills, practical experience, and comprehensive tools for designing and delivering effective educational programs in their respective fields.
