This CEU explores play as a state of being rooted in curiosity, creativity, and a sense of freedom. Participants will examine the science behind play, barriers that suppress playfulness, and the role play can serve in recovery, identity development, and emotional regulation. Through reflection and discussion, we will explore ways to reintroduce play into daily life and peer support work, reframing play as an essential tool for healing, connection, and resilience.
