Oxford Grows

Discover your unique patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving and how they apply to your role at Oxford County through the language of CliftonStrengths. This session includes interactive activities aimed at the power of team dynamics, working with differences, and partnering with others who have complementary talents to our own. Each participant will be asked to complete the CliftonStrengths® Top 5 Assessment and will receive their Top 5 Report which includes customized guidance on how each theme uniquely contributes to your success, how each of your Top 5 interacts with the others’ strengths to create distinctive dynamics, and reflection questions you can come back to time and again. During the session you will generate actionable takeaways to increase your engagement, teamwork, and positive mindset at work.

This course requires 1 hour of pre-work - approximately 40 minutes to complete the self-assessment and 15-20 minutes to review your unique results and complete the Themes Awareness handout. Registration will close on February 20 in order for pre-work to be sent and completed by all participants.
