Are you or someone you love living with Early Stage Dementia? You don’t have to face this journey alone. Our 6-week educational and support program is designed for individuals with early stage dementia and their care partners. Participants gain valuable insights for living well while also sharing experiences with others who truly understand. The group meets for 6 weeks, each week explores a new topic. Our professional group facilitators are trained by the Alzheimer’s Association.
