This beginner gun class teaches you to be a responsible gun owner. Your personal safety is our priority.

In this course we cover:

• Universal firearm safety rules
• How to clear a gun
• Defining action
• Ammunition components
• Defensive shooting vs Marksmanship
• Proper grip Shooting platform (stance)
• Sight alignment
• Trigger Control
• Gear and gadgets
• Developing a training plan

This course is a complete guide to understanding the basics of firearms ownership, safety, and nomenclature, and how it applies to home- or self-defense. After this class, students will feel confident to act as their family’s first line of defense in the event of a home invasion or other critical incident.

Please do not bring your loaded firearm into the classroom. Leave ammo in the car.

Handguns are available for rental at the range.

Ammo can be purchased at the range.

Eyes and Ears can be purchased at the range.

You will need to bring:

• Handgun (available to rent at the range)
• Eye and ear Protection (available to rent/buy at the range)
• 50 rounds of ammunition (available to buy at the range)
