Training focus: across six sessions

• Session 1: Jan 23rd
• Session 2: Feb 6,
• Session 3: Feb 27,
• Session 4: March 27
• Session 5: April 24 (if cancelled will be rescheduled to May 15th)
• Session 6: May 8th

The series will emphasize practical, managerial and supervisor-relevant strategies related to:

• Strengthening communication with patients and families in ways that support engagement and outcomes.
• Supporting staff in implementing evidence-based practices within a population mental health framework.
• Improving understanding and use of measurement and evaluation to assess effectiveness and guide quality improvement.
• Identifying common implementation barriers and building coaching/supervision strategies that helps teams move forward.
• Keeping community context central to how we define outcomes and evaluate progress.
