For teens 14-18

This introductory acrylic painting class provides students with a strong foundation in essential painting techniques within a supportive and creative environment. Through guided exercises, students will explore color mixing, brush handling, layering, composition, and working from reference images. Emphasis is placed on observation, understanding basic design principles, and building form through color, value, light, and shadow. By the end of the course, students will have greater confidence using acrylic materials and a solid foundation to continue developing their own artistic style.
