A sound bath is an immersive meditative musical experience.

Everything is made of atoms and everything has a vibration. Pogo from Sound Heart Healing will facilitate an immersion of sound and vibration generated by bells, chimes, gongs, drums, singing bowls and other instruments to guide us in a nourishing rest.

This is an intimate experience hosted in Boise Acupuncture Co-op’s cozy treatment room, with just 12 recliners available. Save your seat to surround yourself with beautiful relaxing sounds and experience deep resonance and relaxation.

• Registration and prepayment is required to reserve your spot. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We cannot provide refunds for any reason. You may transfer your registration to another participant, please email us to let us know. You may not transfer to another date, time, or event.
• Event arrival time is 15 minutes before the event starts. Please arrive at this time to get checked in and settled.
• All events start at the scheduled start time. No admittance after exact scheduled start time.
• If attendance is less than 5 people for any given event, it may be canceled. Those who have purchased tickets will be notified the night before the event and will receive a full refund within 3 business days.
• We are a fragrance free clinic. Please refrain from putting on any fragrances before the event.
• Turn off or silence your cellphone before entering the community treatment room.
• We encourage you to wear comfy clothing.
