Phronesis Training Group

The Critical Incident Response for Patrol Officers course is a 2-day course designed specifically to sharpen the skills of patrol officers. Topics include barricaded person patrol response, hostage situation patrol response, and mental health patrol response. The course also provides a "peek behind the curtain" explaining the "why" of supervisor decision making and leadership. This course heavily encourages discussion, critical thinking, problem solving, and is beneficial for building relationships/learning from other officers.
