TPC 5-day HANDGUN INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT: Law Enforcement/Military Only! - Salt Lake City, UT

TPC 5-day L.E./Mil Instructor Development Course - Handgun

You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Reactive Shooting Science™ doctrine while simultaneously developing the instructional skills necessary to ensure your officers and personnel are prepared to defend and serve at the highest operational standard.

This course explores in depth what it truly takes to perform at authentic fighting speeds—without sacrificing accountability or precision. You will learn how to accurately diagnose shooting errors and implement immediate corrections at speed, eliminating the outdated concept of “slowing down to get your hits.”

As a firearms instructor, you carry the responsibility of delivering the highest quality training to those under your charge. This course equips you to meet that obligation with competence, structure, and confidence.

Our focus extends beyond mechanical shooting skills. We cultivate the knowledge base and performance mindset required for consistent, repeatable excellence. Grounded firmly in Reactive Shooting Science™, this program emphasizes the development of high-level performers through the implementation of the Progressive Skill Integration Framework™—building durable competence under pressure, not temporary range performance.

MISSION:

To provide the trainees the knowledge, practical skills, and a complete understanding of the principles and abilities to diagnose themselves of other trainees, using the Reactive Shooting Science system of high‐performance handgun reactive marksmanship.

METHODOLOGY:

Through a combination of lecture, group discussion, demonstration, and testing, each student will learn how to practically apply the concepts of Reactive Shooting and how to properly teach these concepts.

Each student/instructor will learn the principles of Reactive Shooting Science and how to apply those principles on an individual basis. They will then learn how to diagnose shooter deficiencies using these principles and how to improve those they teach and mentor. Each instructor‐student will have ample opportunities to demonstrate proficiency, competency, and understanding of these principles.
