Beginners Yoga | Thursdays 7:00pm | 11 Weeks | Term 1
This class is an open, welcoming space for all levels. While it’s beginner friendly, it’s not limited to beginners.
Each class offers a thoughtful blend of foundational postures, mindful movement, and options to deepen or soften depending on what your body needs that day. You’ll be guided to build strength, flexibility, and balance while being encouraged to explore your own edge at a pace that feels right for you.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning after a break, or a more experienced practitioner who values clear guidance and steady practice, there is something here for you. Modifications and variations are always offered so you can feel supported and appropriately challenged.
Come to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels grounded, sustainable, and genuinely supportive. No previous experience required, just curiosity and a willingness to meet yourself where you are.

Please bring a yoga mat (we have a few extras if needed) and a water bottle and wear comfy clothes.
Doors will open at about 6:50pm. Note that class begins at 7:00pm, so please arrive with enough time to set up your mat and get comfortable before start time.

***Bookings are transferrable to one other person. The intention is that the pass is yours and the pricing reflects a commitment to attend. However, I know that life happens. If you know that you will miss some classes, you may share your pass with one other person. OR if in the unforeseen circumstance that you can no longer attend the remaining classes, you can share your pass with one other person. You must find the alternative person to take your pass and email hello@jamiecarteryoga.com to confirm the transfer. The alternative person will be required to register online.
