Inviting you to co-create in our fourth annual Vision Board Workshop!
Come explore & capture visually that which you wish to bring into your life.
Engage in a creative workshop that requires no art experience. Welcoming all good things intentionally through journaling, meditation and creative prompts...Be led and supported in meditation, expressive reflection in journaling, and create a vision board through collage, paint, and other mediums that reflects your vision of 2026.
Facilitated by Nebraska Expressive Arts Therapy Foundation Expressive Arts Therapists
Co-facilitated by Kim Isherwood, a medium and intuitive life coach
Enjoy the authentic, supportive and engaging work of Kim in individual break off sessions as an intuitive healer.
Sunday, January 25th, 1-4pm at Millwork Commons Mastercraft Building:
1111 N 13th St, Ste 114
*You'll see an industrial arrow in metal at door number 1 of this one story building. Upon entering the building, you'll find us on the left, the first suite upon entering this part of the building. NExT Foundation will be found in our signage at the door.
Fee of $50 includes the guided and co-facilitated workshop by Expressive Arts Therapists/Facilitators, all art and collage supplies for the vision board, snacks & drinks.
Engage in private sessions with Kim Isherwood for $20 additionally.
