We welcome you to join us in a supportive and creative environment to promote personal and professional growth & self-care.  Each month, we will offer a creative process for healing and connection, or alternatively, join us and work on your own self-directed creative process with an inclusive community that values the power of co--creation!

*Please be sure to unsign or message us if you need to cancel. We understand things come up, but wish to bring our facilitators up to speed on participants.

*This month, we'll be doing intuitive art, with a short guided meditation followed by an expressive arts process that brings artists into new practices that invite play, free expression and approaches that remove barriers to the creative, expressive arts process. We will play with mark making, engage in some line and color exercises, explore music interpreted as an emotional expression of line and color. This will be the warm up to take to the canvas for an absract or representational work on a canvas with no rules, no judge or jury, and your own experience and intuition informing your art process and imagery.

NO ART BACKGRUND NEEDED! We are process-oriented, not outcome or product-oriented. We are interested in the power of the art process and co creative process, with the way art looks or evolves being unimportant.
