Elterwater (Lake District) Easter 2026
Join with us in celebrating Easter at Elterwater at the bottom of Langdale in the Lake District. Full-day walks will be offered on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, at the Moderate-Plus grade (i.e. up to about 3000 feet of ascent). Owing to our location we should be able to explore many of the peaks surrounding Langdale (weather permitting), including the Langdale Pikes, and possibly Bowfell, Crinkle Crags and many others.
We have booked two dormitory rooms at this small attractive independent hostel, so places are limited. The hostel provides self-catering facilities, as well as the option of buying cooked breakfasts and evening meals.
The cost for four nights accommodation is £160, payable on booking.
