Deep Creek Fly Fishers - Classes

If you have been thinking about learning to fly fish but don't know where or how to get started, this is the place! This class is meant to provide you with the basic understanding of equipment and gear needed for the Art of Fly Fishing. This 4-hour class will cover, the rod, reels and lines needed to get you on the water. We will also discuss what other items/gear you will find useful and NEEDED.

This class is FREE to anyone interested, so bring a friend, spouse or someone you know who would also like to learn about fly fishing.

We will be following this class up the following Saturday, Feb 28th, with another FREE class on casting. Check it out also on Corsizo. You do not need to take the casting, but please take the Intro to Fly Fishing class.

You do not need to bring anything to this class, except questions. If you do however have a fly setup and would like to bring it and ask questions about it, please bring it.

Upon attending this class, you will be sent several handouts about the materials covered in the class and other useful resources.
