Deep Creek Fly Fishers - Classes

If you have taken the Intro to Fly Fishing class, or you have recently gotten a fly rod set up, this is the next step in learning to fly fish. This class will be taught with the first time caster, or inexperienced caster in mind.

You do not need a rod/reel/line, but if you have your own, please bring it. It is highly suggested that you wear a good pair of sunglasses to protect your eyes from any wayward casts made. NO hooks will be used.

We will go over the general set up and breakdown of your gear. During the class, you will be instructed on the basics casts needed to get you started and some simple practice techniques.

Depending on the number of people, we will let you know the day before where we will meet. Either way, it will be at Fairmont Park in Riverside. More details to follow.
