After a six-year hiatus, the CommSoft Users’ Conference is back— revitalized with a new name and renewed energy. This marks the 31st Annual Users’ Conference, bringing together our customers, industry pros, and valued partner community for two days of learning, sharing, and inspiration.

To register an attendee:

Step One: Enter the attendee's information:

• First Name / Last Name of Attendee
• Email Address *(this is the email address of the person entering this registration and where the confirmation email will go)
• Passcode (UG2026)
• Phone Number *(this is the phone number of the person entering this registration)
• Physical Address (optional: Office Address)
• Company Name
• Attendee Title
• Attendee Email
• Attendee Phone (optional)
• Guest Of (optional: enter name of the conference attendee if this is a Guest Registration)
• Attendee Dietary Restrictions (optional: Select all that apply)

Step Two: Select the classes the attendee would like to attend (These selections are used only to help us plan room sizes. You’re welcome to attend any sessions you choose during the conference.)

Step Three: Select the evening activities this attendee is interested in. (These responses just help us estimate food and drink needs. You're absolutely welcome to join in or skip out when the time comes—no pressure at all!)

Step Four: Select the registration fees associated to the attendee being registered. (Standard or Guest)

Step Five: Select the NYC Bus Trip fee if the attendee would like to join this optional event. (additional fee of $75pp will be added to the registration)

Step Six: Enter a Coupon code if one has been provided to you. (this is not related to the Buy Four, Get One Free deal, that is calculated separately)

Step Seven: Click the Register Now Button. A confirmation email will be sent to the main Email Address entered.

NOTE: The fields marked with a * should be the email and phone of the individual entering the registration. If you are entering the registration on behalf of another individual, please enter your email and phone but always enter the First Name / Last Name of the actual attendee in the first two fields. There are fields that follow for attendee email and attendee phone if you are entering this registration on their behalf.)

To Register More Than One Individual or a Guest

To enter more than one attendee or guest of an attendee:

• Register the first attendee as directed above.
• After the first registration you will see a "Register Another Person" button. Click on this button to enter another registration (note, the form is already pre-filled with the first individual's information - except for the first and last name - for you to modify as needed).
• You can repeat this flow as many times as needed.
• Any conditional volume discounts will be applied accordingly during this process.

Registration Fees:

• $475.00 Early Bird Registration (Register Prior to 3.13.26)
• $525.00 Standard Registration (Register After to 3.13.26)

Individual (Standard and Early Bird) Registration includes: All Conference Sessions, Monday Opening Reception, Tuesday Networking Evening Event, Meals ( Breakfast, Lunch, Breaks on Tuesday and Wednesday).

• $175.00 Guest Registration

Guest Registration includes: Evening Events (Monday Opening Reception and Tuesday Networking Event). Does Not Include: Conference Sessions or Meals During the Conference Days.

BUY 4, GET ONE FREE! If you can get 4 other attendees to register from your company, you will receive 1 free! This is built into the registration process if all 5 (or more) are entered via the "register another person" option. If you don't register them all together, we can add the discount later if you reach out to us and let us know you have met the criteria but they are under different registrations!
