Hands On

This fun Friday night class is all about mastering the foundations of great pizza. It's the perfect session for anyone looking to upskill in the kitchen and bring professional techniques into their home cooking. You'll be welcomed with a snack and drink on arrival before gathering around the bench for a demonstration on our signature pizza dough. Then it’s your turn! You’ll mix and knead your own dough, guided by our chef. While the dough is resting, our chef will demonstrate stretching, shaping, and using a pizza paddle for smooth transfers to the oven. Back at your station, you’ll get to practice these techniques and build your own pizzas with a range of toppings, then enjoy them hot! Straight from the oven to your plate! To wrap things up, you’ll return to the bench one last time to learn how to fold and store the dough you made earlier, ready to take home and continue practicing your new skills. Equipment used in the class is available to purchase on the night so you can keep the learning going at home!

Three beverages are included; additional drinks are available for purchase.

Dietary Information: With advance notice, this class is suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and pescatarians as well as people who need dairy-free, nut-free, egg-free, and shellfish-free dietary accommodations. At the moment this class is not suitable for guests needing gluten-free dietary needs. (We hope to be able to offer a gluten-free dough in the future.)

Cancellations: We begin preparing for our classes several days in advance. If you are unable to make it, please give us plenty of notice. If the cancellation is received more than 72hrs before the class you will be offered a gift voucher to use at a later date. If the cancellation is received less than 72hrs before the class, we will be unable to offer a refund or a gift voucher.

Minimum numbers: In the unlikely event that we do not have at least six people wanting to attend this class we may choose to reschedule the class to another date. You will be offered a full refund or a gift voucher if the new date does not suit.
