MayFaire 2026 - Official Vendor Registration
MayFaire is a Spring Crafts and Garden Festival located at the Clifton Forge School of the Arts and the Historic Masonic amphitheater. We welcome all vendors who are crafters, artists, bakers, gardeners, and farmers. We do require that at all products from crafters and artists are handmade by the vendor. We do not allow any resale products or "yard sale" vendors. Vendors who do not honor this will not be invited back to a future CFSOTA vendor market.
Please read all of the information and agreements below before continuing to the Vendor Registration and Checkout.
MayFaire 2026 will be held on:
Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.
518 Church Street, Clifton Forge, VA, 24422

REGISTRATION: Our vendor registration is fully online this year. If you are unable to complete the online registration, you must contact the CFSOTA office Tuesday through Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm and our Office Manager can help process your registration. Registration closes on March 28, 2026.
VENDOR SPACES: Indoor spaces are limited and somewhat varied in size and shape due to the irregular nature of the building. The main indoor vendor spaces this year will be laid out in the CFSOTA Mill. Many spaces do not have side access because they are adjacent to the next vendor space. Vendors must provide their own tables, booth lighting (if needed), etc. Battery-powered lighting is preferred. Plug-in lights must be LED/energy efficient so as not to overload our system. Electrical outlets are available, but limited. If you plan to use electricity, you will need to provide your own extension cord and/or power strip. Prior to MayFaire we will send vendors a map with their finalized space dimensions so that you may plan accordingly.
Please note any electrical needs in your registration. We will have the ability to temperature control the indoor space. If you have questions about the options for arranging your table/booth/display please contact us via email at events@CFSOTA.org.
Outside vendor spaces will stretch from outside the Mill at CFSOTA to the Historic Masonic amphitheater across the street. Outside vendors are required to have a weighted down tent and must be prepared for any weather conditions, the event will run rain or shine.
SETTING UP: Time slots for unloading will be assigned! The times for unloading near the event area will be assigned within these hours:
• (Indoor Vendors Only!) Friday, May 1st: 10:00am - 5:00pm
• (Outside Vendors Only!) Saturday, May 2nd: 7:00am - 9:00am
You can request a time range in your online registration. Vendors unloading and setting up on Friday have until 7:00pm before we close for the night. If needing special arrangements, you must ask at events@CFSOTA.org
