Hands On
The specifics of this class are still in development as we unlock the bounty of a winter garden. Our goal is to create a deeply satisfying, plant forward meal using cozy winter ingredients that gives all the hygge vibes.
The class will follow the structure of most of our classes. You'll be welcomed into the kitchen with a small bite, followed by a chef-led demonstration and time to cook. You’ll prepare a selection of the dishes, while our chef completes the remaining elements of the meal for everyone to enjoy together.
Three beverages are included; additional drinks are available for purchase.
Dietary Information: With advance notice, this class is suitable for vegetarians, pescatarians and vegans.
Cancellations: We begin preparing for our classes several days in advance. If you are unable to make it, please give us plenty of notice. If the cancellation is received more than 72hrs before the class you will be offered a gift voucher to use at a later date. If the cancellation is received less than 72hrs before the class, we will be unable to offer a refund or a gift voucher.
Minimum Numbers: In the unlikely event that we do not have at least eight people wanting to attend a class we may choose to reschedule the class to another date. You will be offered a full refund or a gift voucher if the new date does not suit.
