The Heads Up STS Soccer Performance Academy is a 6-week, 6-session program designed specifically for soccer players who want to see the game faster, process information under pressure, and make smarter decisions on the field.

Using the Heads Up Sports Training System (STS) — an advanced light-based visual training tool — players learn to connect vision, reaction, and decision-making in real game scenarios.
Each session challenges players to scan, recognize cues, and respond in real time, improving their on-field awareness, anticipation, and Soccer IQ.
