Dinghy Instructors - add another feather to your hat with a SBSS Keelboat Instructor Cert.

An Instructor Discipline Conversion allows qualified instructors to extend their instructorship into another discipline or scheme, building on the skills and experience gained from their existing qualification.

Pre Requisites Listed below:

Already hold a valid SBSS Dinghy instructor cert.

SBSS KEELBOAT Pre Entry Assessment Day within the last 12 months.

We have a Keelboat Pre Entry on Saturday January 24th 2026. pending availability.

You must have all usual instructor safety cert in order also... eg GV, FAid, SG1, IS membership

Minimum age 17 years.
