Fourth Precept

The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® (A-CSM) course is designed for experienced Scrum Masters who want to deepen their expertise and enhance their ability to lead and coach high-performing Agile teams. This course builds upon the foundational knowledge gained in the CSM course, exploring advanced facilitation techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and methods for scaling Scrum across organizations. Eligibility requires holding a current CSM certification for at least one year, and validating previous experience.
