This adult-focused workshop invites guests to slow down, get hands-on, and experience the wonder of the natural world through both practical seed starting and visually striking science demonstrations designed to spark curiosity and conversation.

🌿 Seed Starting for the Moonlit Garden

Guests will start cool-season crops indoors, learning techniques for successful germination and early growth. These seedlings will later be transplanted into the Moonlit Garden—and guests are welcome to take starts home to grow in their own gardens as well.

🔥 Dramatic Science Experiences (WOW Factor)

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a series of safe yet captivating science demonstrations led by Steve, a retired chemist and scientist and the Board President of Moonlit Acres. These moments will explore the hidden science behind plants, reactions, and transformation—delivered with a sense of surprise, beauty, and drama.

(Specific demonstrations are intentionally left as a surprise, but expect bold visuals, unexpected reactions, and plenty of “wow” moments.)
