THRIVING WITH BIPOLAR

Come join our 7- week Expressive Arts Therapy group, starting March 5, Thursdays 5:30-7:30pm. We will engage in creative processes to support wellbeing. There is no requirement to be an "artist," with creative processes being very simple to employ for anyone open to creating without a focus on "product".

We welcome you to participate in a safe and creative group series, and become part of an Expressive Arts Therapy Community!
