Art 4 Healing Workshop

Would you like a restorative outlet to express your hopes, fears, stress, grief or other emotions is a safe environment using abstract painting? Hoag Faith Community Nursing offers such workshops through the Art4Healing program free of charge (all paints and supplies will be provided)!

Each session offers a unique theme, based on the interest and needs of the audience. Participants are led through a series of prompts designed to evoke feelings and encouraged to express these emotions through abstract painting on canvas. Individuals will then have the opportunity to share their thoughts and emotions with the group, should they choose.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Your well-being is our primary concern. We ask and expect you to be able to participate safely in our activities, classes and programs you have chosen. By registering, you are certifying that you understand and accept our terms and conditions.
2. Registration is required before participation in any class or activity.
3. RELEASE FROM LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION: I agree to assume all risks arising from my participation in this activity and to waive and release the Susi Q Center and Laguna Beach Seniors, Inc., and its officers, agents, facilitators, instructors, volunteers, and employees from and against any and all claims, liability, or judgments arising out of my participation in this activity, whether resulting from LBSI’s negligence or otherwise, except for claims or injuries caused by fraud and/or intentional acts. I understand by registering for this program, I release LBSI from all liability arising from my participation in this activity to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Late registration is permitted as long as a class series is active on our registration page.
5. Payment for any class fees is due upon registration.
6. Limited Refund Policy: If a fee class is cancelled, you will automatically receive a full refund. There are no refunds if you miss a class or drop out. In case of error, forward your class registration by email to the Registrar with an explanation. All refunds are at the discretion of the Registrar and involve a service charge, except when a class is cancelled or in cases of financial hardship.
7. CODE OF CONDUCT: For the safety and benefit of all participants, I agree to comply with basic common courtesies and rules of behavior, and respect the rights of all individuals participating in this activity. LBSI has the right to refuse access, services, or program participation privileges to anyone. Violations may be grounds for a warning, suspension or expulsion from the Susi Q Center and the termination of the privilege to use Laguna Beach Senior service.
