If you find yourselves unmotivated to train for freediving or are curious to experience the excitement of getting your official countdown, join the AIDA OT Challenge! 2026 by Apnea Culture! We aim to cultivate and encourage people to train and have a goal to keep track of their progression. We implement the AIDA International competition standard, which means all the results will be recorded in the AIDA International database that can be viewed on the AIDA International website, and also counted for making NRs and National Team selection!

It's a mini-event (tiny even) because we only have 2 hours to run this activity. We can accommodate 12 Dynamic performances (DYN/DYNB/DNF) and 6 Static performances (STA).

This invitation is for everyone interested in trying to try and give their best shot.
