Generational Trauma & Resilience: Working with our Ancestors to Break Cycles that Perpetuate Harm

Our modern world is in crisis and we need new (old?) ways of relating to each other, our ancestors, the land, our animal and plant kin and the unseen. Ancestral reverence and relationships have been a part of many world cultures. These relationships offer guidance, gifts and wisdom. Let us gather to explore our ideas about generational trauma, resilience, and connect with our ancestors and the medicine they may offer us for this moment. The workshop will incorporate teaching, sharing, and experiential guided practices that help you to be with and receive guidance from your ancestors.

This workshop is open to persons of all backgrounds and identities.
