In this workshop, participants will explore a topic related to mindfulness, wellbeing, & personal growth, using writing as a tool of discovery and expression. Participants will read poetry and stories, write, and share about the topic. Our 2026 topics include: Living Without Resentment, Finding Belonging, Moving Through Grief, and more!
