SUNDAY, MAY 17 — FULL DAY SCHEDULE
Parents and caregivers will receive a direct communication with a day-of reminder closer to the show. Here is everything you need to know now.

2:00 PM — 🚙 Student Drop-Off
Drop kids off backstage for dressing, hair & makeup. Please drop off between 2:00–2:10 PM.

3:00 PM — 🛍 Treats & Treasures Opens For Families and Friends
Sustainable Fashion Market opens to guests. Browse, shop, and meet The Fashion Community board while waiting.

3:30 PM — 🪡 Backstage Run-Through
Jewelry designers are welcome to join backstage at 2:00 PM for the full experience, or simply arrive (dressed and ready to go) at 3:30 PM for the run-through — your choice!

4:00 PM — ⭐ VIP Seating Opens - $50 per person
VIP ticket holders enter first — the entire auditorium is yours to explore. Walk every section and claim exactly the seat you want before anyone else arrives.

4:10 PM — 🎟 General Seating Opens - $25 per person
General ticket holders choose from any remaining available seats. Still a great show from every angle.

4:15 PM — 👗 Show Starts
Every student walks the runway — clothing designers and jewelry designers alike.

5:00 PM — 📸 Show Ends + Photo Moments
Pick up your child backstage after the show. Pack up, celebrate, take all the photos.

VENUE & LOGISTICS
📍 Location: Joseph V. Canzani Center at 60 Cleveland Avenue, Columbus, OH 43215 (Free parking on all CCAD lots during event hours on that afternoon for our guests)
💄 Hair & Makeup Stations open 2:00–3:30 PM. Tools and supplies provided. Students may bring their own kit — just label everything. We cannot be responsible for lost items.
💍 Jewelry Designers. Wearing clothes from home? You may join backstage fun at 2:00 PM, or arrive at 3:30 PM simply for the run-through and showtime only — your choice! If you come at 3:30 pm, you must be dressed and ready to walk (no hair and makeup can be provided for those who don't arrive by 2:10 pm).

HOW TO GET YOUR CHILD READY
These tips make the day run smoothly for everyone — especially your kid.

1. Bring a Labeled Bin
   Use a bin with a lid to keep everything in one place — shoes, clothes, jewelry, makeup, hairbrush, water bottle. Label it with your child’s name.
2. Skip the Hair Wash Saturday After 2 PM
   Don’t wash your child’s hair after 2:00 PM on Saturday. Dry hair is much easier to style for the show.
3. Wear a Base Layer Under Their Outfit
   Have your child wear something fitted underneath — a leotard, tank top, shorts, or leggings. They have private dressing rooms, but a base layer helps them feel more comfortable and speeds up the lines.
4. Pack a Snack & Water Bottle
   We suggest kids eat before or after the event, but pack a snack if your child might get hungry. Please be allergy-conscious — avoid peanuts and tree nuts. A water bottle is a must.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
🔒 Private Event. Only guests connected to a student walking the runway may attend. This is not an open-to-the-public show.
📸 Photo & Video Permission. By participating, families and guests give Columbus Fashion Academy and The Fashion Community permission to use photos, videos, and voice recordings of all present for educational and marketing purposes.
🖼 Professional Photos will be available for purchase on ColumbusFashionAcademy.com after the show. Raw, unedited phone photos will be uploaded and available for free a few weeks after the event — parents and caregivers will receive a password by email to access them.
🎬 Full Show Video will be posted to the Columbus Fashion Academy YouTube channel after the event.

Saturday Run-Through — May 16
Exactly 24 hours before showtime, we are holding a full rehearsal on the exact same stage. This is your child’s chance to feel the space, practice their walk, and show up on Sunday like they own it. Because they will.
