Parents and Caregivers will receive direct communications with details regarding the day-of-the-event. But if you are super curious, here is the rundown of the show on Sunday 5.17.26 at CCAD Canzani Center (same location for past couple of shows)

3pm. Sustainable Fashion Market opens to guests
3:45pm. VIP Tickets seating.
4pm. General Tickets seating.
4:10pm. Fashion Show starts
5pm. Fashion Show ends. Pack + Photo moments.

Student Drop-Off
📍CCAD Canzani Center at 60 Cleveland Avenue.
🚫 Parents do not stay with kids; just drop them off at 1pm and come back a few hours later to experience the fashion show. Our Board will host a curated shop experience for guests who arrive between 3-3:30pm.

Hair & Makeup

Hair and makeup stations will be open for all models and designers. Please drop kids off between 1:00 and 1:15 PM.
Tools and supplies will be provided, but students may bring their own kits if they prefer—just label everything. We can’t be responsible for lost items. Text our team cell phone to communicate delays or questions: 614-915-2061

Important Tips to Families to Help Get Kids Ready for the Show
1. Bring a Bin
Use a bin with a lid to keep all your child’s things in one place—shoes, clothes, jewelry, makeup, hairbrush, water bottle, etc. Label the bin with your child’s name to avoid losing anything.

2. Hair Prep
Do not wash your child’s hair after 1 PM on Saturday. This helps their scalp stay fully dry for easier styling on Sunday afternoon when we do hair styling backstage from 1-3pm.

3. What to Wear Under Outfits
Please have your child wear a fitted base layer under their regular clothes—something like a leotard, fitted tank top, shorts, or leggings. Although they have private dressing rooms, this can help some of them feel more comfortable (and it speeds up the dressing room lines).
4.Snack
We suggest kids eat before/after the event, but if you think your child might be hungry, please pack them a snack (be conscious of allergies in a large group and avoid peanuts etc) PLUS a water bottle.
Reminders
- ✅ Only VIP guests who were invited by students and their families are to reserve tickets. This is not an open-to-the-public fashion show. It's a private event, and guests must be connected to a child walking the runway.
- 📸 By participating, families and guests give Columbus Fashion Academy and The Fashion Community permission to use photos/videos/voice recordings of all present for educational and marketing purposes.
- Professional photos will be available for purchase on our website later. Amateur, non-edited raw phone photos will be uploaded to our website and available for free a couple of weeks after the show. Parents and caregivers will be able to access them with a password.If you post pictures, please tag @ColumbusFashionAcademy so we can see it too!
- The video covering the full show will be available online at the ColumbusFashionAcademy YouTube channel.
