Squid Studio

PREVIOUS GLASS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED TO TAKE THIS CLASS

This class is for students who have experience with the copper foil technique and would like to learn how to build with lead came!

Students will have 5 different traditional stained glass patterns to choose from approx. 12x16" in size. We will complete the processes of pattern prep, glass selections, cutting glass - with extra emphasis on technique and proper tool usage, grinding (if necessary), lead came assembly, soldering, and mudding the windows.

Tools and lead will be provided, but you may want to bring your own glass if you have particular colors/textures in mind.

A $50 deposit is required to register and will go towards the total cost of the class. The remaining $200 will be due at the first class by cash or check (made out to Squid Studio).

I will send out an email to the registered students at least two weeks before the first class with more information and to consult about designs and glass.
