Description: This training will prepare new and experienced investigators to successfully navigate the Fair Housing Investigative Process. The course will allow participants to get hands-on experience by conducting every aspect of the complaint investigation and processing. Participants will learn how to conduct a complaint intake, draft the complaint, draft an investigative plan, conduct an interview of the parties and witnesses, draft a request for information, draft a Final Investigative Report, draft a determination, and brief supervisory staff on the determination.
