Welcome to our transfer registration platform for Pimm's & Needles members only.

Transfer event for March

If you know that you are unable to attend a future meeting at your home group we are offering members the option to swap and attend a meeting at a different location. In line with our Terms and Conditions you may only swap to a different group within the same month. Sessions cannot be carried over or banked. It's important that you register yourself as a transfer to the group that you wish to attend instead of your home group. You will then show up on a register at that group and the hosts will know to expect you.

Please check the activities carefully as not all groups do the same activity each month due to tutor availability.

If you register within 24 hours of the event your name may not appear on the register, please bring a copy of your registration.

At our March session, we’re really pleased to finally be offering a resin-making session, delivered by Memoreaz and their team.

During the session, you’ll create your own custom resin coaster, with a wide choice of dyes, glitters, dried flowers, and decorative elements to add. You’re also very welcome to bring items from home to make your piece truly personal—such as petals from a cherished bouquet, small photographs, or other meaningful keepsakes. We can’t wait to see how you customise your designs.

Please note that the resin will not be fully cured on the evening, so your finished coaster will be returned to you the following month.

Memoreaz also offer specialist sessions that incorporate loved ones’ ashes into resin pieces. Unfortunately, this will not be available during this session. If you’re unsure about what items are suitable to bring along, please don’t hesitate to pop us a message and we’ll be happy to advise.

All equipment and resources will be supplied for you.

Our session includes tea and coffee, it would be great if you could bring along cake or something sweet to share with members for our cake table.
