The Bright Spot

Are you ready for STEMvention? This camp will focus on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) challenges, coding, robots, inventions, inventors, and more! Bust out those thinking caps to problem solve STEM scenarios, learn to code your own video or game, teach a robot to dance or sing or do your homework (just kidding...maybe ;), tinker in our makerspace, and engage in all kinds of other fun filled, creative tasks with a delightful crew of Bright Spots. Campers will also apply the engineering design process to come up with problems, design solutions, develop prototypes, make improvements, and develop a final invention product. We'll end camp with a showcase on June 26 from 3:30-4 where campers can show their friends and family what we have been working on.

This is a drop off camp for Ages 5-12. Campers must be able to toilet independently and not be a safety risk to themselves or others (elopement, aggression, etc.). Camp will run from 9-4 each day, with extended day options available for AM (8-9am) and PM (4-5pm) care. Camps will be located at our new, improved, wonderful location at 2109 Cornerstone Drive, Lexington, KY 40509.

Campers will need to bring a packed lunch, water bottle, morning snack, and afternoon snack each day.

A sibling discount of $50 is provided per sibling. To access the discount, after the first registration, you will select the "Register Another Person" option. Clicking on that presents you with another pre-filled registration form that you can modify for siblings. Repeat this process as many times as needed to add additional siblings.
