What the Vision to Roadmap Lab Is

The Vision to Roadmap Lab is a guided discernment experience designed to help participants responsibly move from prophetic insight to strategic readiness—without rushing, stalling, or overcommitting.

This is not a program designed to push you into action. It is a space to test readiness, clarify scope, and discern timing with wisdom and peace.

Rather than asking “What should I do?”, the Lab helps you discern:

“What is God actually asking of me in this season?”

Who This Lab Is For

This Lab is designed for individuals who:

• Have received prophetic insight, calling, or vision
• Sense a responsibility to build, lead, or initiate something meaningful
• Feel uncertainty around timing, readiness, or next steps
• Want to move forward faithfully—not prematurely or fearfully
• Are discerning whether deeper implementation mentorship is appropriate

This includes:

• Pastors and ministry leaders
• Marketplace and nonprofit leaders
• Founders and initiative builders
• Visionaries and reformers
• Those coming out of seasons of prayer, fasting, or discernment

What You’ll Experience

Each week includes a blend of:

• Strategic prophetic teaching
• Guided discernment and reflection
• Implementation-focused exercises
• Small breakout group processing
• Personal reflection and prayer prompts

The Lab is interactive, reflective, and practical, allowing you to apply insights directly to your real-life context.

What You’ll Walk Away With

By the end of the Vision to Roadmap Lab, participants will have:

• A clarified and refined vision statement
• Discernment around season, timing, and readiness
• Insight into internal resistance and external constraints
• A faithful 90-day Phase One roadmap or clarity that preparation is still needed
• Peace and confidence regarding next steps
• Wisdom about whether to pursue implementation mentorship (MPVI), prophetic formation (SPL), or continued preparation

All outcomes are honored. No one is rushed forward.

How the Lab Works

• 4 weekly live sessions on Zoom
• 90 minutes per session
• Teaching + guided exercises + breakout groups
• Replay available for registered participants
• Limited cohort size to preserve depth and interaction

How This Connects to MPVI & SPL

The Vision to Roadmap Lab serves as a discernment bridge, not a requirement or sales funnel.

• For some participants, the Lab will confirm readiness for Mastering Prophetic Vision Implementation (MPVI)—a premium mentorship focused on execution and sustainability.
• For others, the Lab will reveal the need for deeper prophetic foundations through the School of Prophetic Leadership (SPL).
• And for some, the most faithful outcome will be clarity to wait, refine, or prepare.

All paths are valid. Discernment comes first.
