Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full refunds (minus any Stripe processing fees) if requested at least 7-14 days before the session date (e.g., before Jan 31 for Feb 7 sessions). This allows time to re-sell the spot.

Partial refunds if requested 3-7 days before the session: Refund full amount minus a $10-15 materials/prep fee per participant (to cover supplies purchased in advance and non-recoverable costs).

No refunds or credits for cancellations less than 3 days before the session, no-shows, or missed classes (materials are bought and prep completed).

Alternatives — You may offer a credit toward a future class/session (valid for 6-12 months) or transfer to another available spot, at my discretion.

If I cancel the session (e.g., low enrollment): Full refund or transfer option.

How to request — Contact me via email/Facebook message with your name, session details, and reason. Refunds processed manually via Corsizio/Stripe within 7-10 business days.
